Dolphins Host Bulldogs in Round 1 of Playoffs

After securing a second place finish in the Southern California Rugby Football Union, the Santa Monica Dolphins will face off against the East Palo Alto Bulldogs in Round 1 of the National Rugby Playoffs. The winner of the test will face off against the winner of the Austin Huns/Denver Barbarians (in the Green Bracket).

The Santa Monica Dolphins are coming off at 71-5 win over conference foes, the Back Bay Sharks, giving them a 9-2 record in the 12 game season highlighted by a win over currently #1 ranked Belmont Shore (who pulled the #1 seed in the Yellow Bracket).

The EPA Bulldogs currently sit at 6-4 on the season and are looking to rebound from a loss to the 12-1 San Francisco Golden Gate 50-12.  The Bulldogs are currently in 4th place in the Northern California Rugby Football Union
